We are now looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will play a key part in Elekta’s AI service transformation initiative designing and implementing intelligent, scalable, and secure AI models and applications that redefine how we support our customers.
What you’ll do at Elekta
Responsibilities
Design AI-Driven Workflows: Build intelligent service workflows using a variety of cutting edge AI Tools including but not limited to Azure AI Foundry, Palantir Foundry and AIP, Anthropic Console, Salesforce Einstein and Google AI Studio
Enterprise Integration: Utilize Azure, M365, Palantir Foundry and Salesforce platforms to deliver intelligent automation and improve service delivery performance.
Data Engineering: Clean, process, and transform structured and unstructured data using a variety of tools such as Qliksense, Palantir Foundry and Azure Data Factory
Develop Intelligent Applications: Create AI-powered software solutions and APIs, integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and JIRA
Collaborate Across Functions: Work alongside Product Design, Remote Command Center, Information Development and Elekta Care Support teams to align AI solutions with business and service objectives.
Monitor AI Performance: Implement DevOps practices and define key performance metrics for continuous AI solution improvement.
Drive Innovation: Research emerging technologies and contribute to Elekta’s broader AI strategy.
Ensure Compliance: Embed ethical and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA) into all AI implementations and mitigate associated risks.
What you bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Experience with Elekta systems or within healthcare technology is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of AI and Machine Learning
Hands-on experience in one or more AI Toolkits such Azure AI Foundry, Palantir Foundry and AIP, Anthropic Console, Salesforce Einstein and Google AI Studio
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C#, or PowerShell.
Working knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and API development/integration.
Deep understanding of data governance, cloud security, and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA).

Structured, analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Collaborative team player with a learning mindset and high attention to detail.
