Role Overview

We seek an energetic, self-motivated candidate passionate about AI to blend technical expertise with marketing skills as our first AI Solutions Advocate. You’ll sit at the intersection of our technical, marketing, and sales teams, responsible for helping drive growth by bridging AI knowledge with compelling marketing strategies. This is an ideal  opportunity for someone with a technical or engineering background that is interested in expanding their skills as a business, marketing, and strategic leader. 

You’ll deliver technical messaging, create impactful sales content and demos, and research AI labs, disruptors, and high-tech companies–as well as our competitors. This role involves hands-on work with our products/services, researching AI market trends, and shaping our go-to-market and product strategies.

Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams, you’ll influence both customer engagement and our broader market vision.

Your Impact

• Define technical solution benefits and positioning for sales and prospects
• Research AI lab data challenges and evangelize customer success stories
• Develop assets showcasing Labelbox’s value for AI model training
• Share technical best practices for solving customer challenges
• Build compelling product demos highlighting innovations and features
• Analyze AI industry trends to prioritize future projects
• Research competitors to identify differences and areas of strength

What You Bring

• 2+ years of technical experience, ideally at an AI/ML company, or an advanced degree (AI/ML) with hands-on experience using, building, or training AI models
• Core knowledge of AI, its mechanics, and how AI labs train and enhance AI/ML models
• Previous experience in software/services marketing or engineering, with demonstrated interest or work in marketing and evangelization
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering teams at an AI/ML, cloud, or SaaS company
• Strong communicator, self-starter with a passion for researching new products/technologies, and enjoys cross-functional teamwork
• Experience conducting market analysis, developing messaging, and communicating benefits effectively
• A relentless curiosity and endless enthusiasm to continually improve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BS in engineering or a technical field (preferred); MBA is a plus

Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently.  The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is below. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
