We are now seeking an accomplished AI Solution Architect to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge, enterprise-level AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Building the foundation and shared practices for implementing AI initiatives for multiple products. Together with the team, you'll define what modern enterprise AI looks like.

• Designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions, from process automation to LLM technologies and practical ML applications.

• Identifying new use cases for AI and bringing them into production.

• Leading and mentoring in various areas: programming, data integration, database architecture, automation pipelines, AI landscape providers, as well as responsible and ethical use of AI.

• Ensuring that AI solutions go beyond the pilot stage and deliver measurable benefits in real business environments.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate would have deep expertise in AI technologies, solid understanding of business processes, and ability to craft scalable systems that align with our organizational objectives.

You have a solid and long experience in software development, testing, and building enterprise products. You know how to take an idea from inception to implementation for international corporate clients, both technically and from a business perspective. You have hands-on programming skills and a strong architectural expertise spanning from databases to integrations.

You have at least four years of experience utilizing AI in businesses: automating processes, industrializing ML/AI pilots, and implementing, e.g. BERT and large language models into practice. You have solved how to achieve tangible business benefits with AI—not just experimenting, but bringing solutions into production.

You have developed systems from scratch to large and established frameworks. You are self-directed and proactive, readily networking with various stakeholders and consulting others with a service-oriented mindset. You communicate fluently with both development teams and business decision-makers (in English, Finnish is considered an asset) and have solid understanding of the local context and legislation.
