We are looking to hire an AI Software Solution Engineer to join our Developer Cloud Workload Engineering team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong academic background in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, and are eager to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. The role will focus on designing and implementing cloud solutions that utilize Intel technologies, including Gaudi AI accelerators, to facilitate the development of AI-driven applications.
Assist in the design and development of cloud solutions that incorporate Intel technologies, with an emphasis on AI and machine learning applications.
Collaborate with senior architects to understand and implement cloud infrastructure requirements for AI development and deployment.
Gain hands-on experience with Intel's hardware and software offerings, including Gaudi AI accelerators, and learn how to optimize them for various applications.
Participate in the integration of Intel's development tools and libraries to support AI and machine learning workflows in the cloud.
Contribute to the promotion of Intel Developer Cloud services and engage with the developer community to understand their needs and challenges.
Support technical teams in the deployment and scaling of AI applications in the cloud.
Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, AI, and machine learning.
Provide a "White Glove" support service experience to customers.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 2+ year of experience in:
6+ years industry or research experience in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
3+ years demonstrated hands-on experience with Intel GPUs, or Gaudi AI accelerators.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years experience on systematically optimizing workloads in large computing infrastructure.
Deep understanding of cloud service models, virtualization, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies.
Some experience with scripting and automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$186,552.00-$279,772.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
