The Research Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a research project, from initial concept development to data analysis and reporting. Ensures that the projects stay on track with timelines, budget, and objectives. Manages research coordinators, coordinates data collection, and assesses potential risks throughout the research process.
Key Responsibilities
Project planning and design:
Develop research protocols and study designs, including defining research questions, hypotheses, methodology, and data collection methods.
Create detailed project timelines, work plans, and budgets.
Identify and recruit research team members, including research coordinators and data analysts.
Oversee data collection procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor project progress against timelines and budget, identifying and addressing potential issues.
Data analysis and reporting:
Lead the data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation process.
Generate comprehensive research reports, including findings, conclusions, and implications.
Prepare presentations to communicate research results to internal and external stakeholders.
