Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Deutsche Bank. Focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, driving funded use cases into production to create value and confidence and scale across the bank, creating selected shared services with embedded safety to enable low cost scale, developing an AI Workbench for developers for safe AI development at pace, and introducing AI controls whilst aiming to maintain time to market.

This role encompasses around the delivery of complex programs across multiple teams, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. It combines hands-on delivery experience along with strong financial oversight, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. A key focus is driving cross-team collaboration while embedding AI value realization within broader program goals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive delivery across a portfolio of initiatives by planning, coordinating, and managing milestones, risks, and resources
  • Implement and monitor program governance practices, ensuring regular updates on financials, risks, and dependencies
  • Work closely with Workstream leads on the progress of their OKRs, key achievements, blockers and Programme Level RAID items
  • Track and support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities
  • Assist in vendor coordination, contract tracking, and ensuring delivery alignment with internal expectations
  • Responsible for compiling and delivering monthly programme progress reports in Clarity, ensuring accurate tracking of milestones

Your skills and experience

  • Experience managing projects/programs in Agile or hybrid environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and experience scaling practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence (incl. Clarity), MS Project, and Excel
  • Exposure to AI tools and basic knowledge of productivity metrics and tracking
  • Proficient in financial tracking, resource management, and performance reporting
