About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced AI Project/Program Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive our strategic vision forward. The ideal candidate will work independently yet collaboratively across various departments, including Product Development, BI & Analytics and others. In this role you will get the chance to lead and shape AI initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment. 

Job Description

About your tasks: 

• Lead the adoption and implementation of the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
• Manage AI projects from beginning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and scope. 
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 
• Communicate the AI strategy effectively to stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and support. 
• Develop and deliver training AI related trainings to enhance knowledge of teams, fostering continuous learning and adoption of new practices. 
• Propose use of off-the-shelf, as well as, implementing custom-built solutions.

Qualifications

About you: 

• You are passionate about AI and new technologies & you have at least 3 years of experience working with them in projects related to AI adoption and implementation.  
• A minimum of 5 years of robust project management experience, preferably within a high-tech environment. 
• Proven track record of managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams without direct team leadership. 
• A result-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, working both independently and collaboratively to achieve rapid iteration, short ROI, and deliver tangible value.
