Role Overview:
As the AI Product Manager at Lucidya, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching AI-driven products that address key business challenges and create impactful customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure product success. This is a highly impactful role, ideal for someone passionate about AI technologies and their real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with Lucidya’s overall vision and business goals.
• Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify key pain points, opportunities, and trends in AI applications.
• AI Solution Development: Work with AI researchers and data scientists to define product requirements, ensuring that AI models are well integrated into end-user applications and business workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and sales teams to define product features, prioritize product backlog, and deliver solutions on time.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered with high quality and meet customer expectations.
• Metrics & Analytics: Define key product KPIs, track performance, and use data to make informed decisions to continuously improve the product.
• Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Communication: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and refine product features based on insights. Communicate product vision, updates, and roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels.
• Innovation & Industry Leadership: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, ensuring Lucidya’s products are at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and data analytics. A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Product Management Skills: Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Strong experience in managing product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with engineering, data science, and design teams to build products that delight customers and solve real-world problems.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities. Comfortable working with metrics and analytics tools to measure product success.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI industry trends, customer experience technology, and the competitive landscape is a plus.

• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
