1.Lead the implementation and optimization of automated production tools for the Gifts & Effects team;
2.Manage design resources within the Gifts & Effects team, transforming them into high-quality training materials;
3.Monitor and analyze the team's usage of AI tools, identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and drive the adoption of AI solutions across the team;
4.Evaluate and improve user experiences for both viewers and broadcasters, leveraging live-streaming effects to identify opportunities for AI-driven design applications on the consumer side, and conceptualize and realize innovative design paradigms.
