Reporting to the AI Product Owner, the AI Product Analyst, Property uses their expertise in P&C insurance to ideate and build AI-driven digital solutions to enhance our underwriting processes and workflows. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing underwriting workflows, systems, and processes to understand and document the current state.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to identify opportunities for improvement and design optimized underwriting workflows.
- Utilize underwriting expertise to present informed proposals and solutions that align with target workflows and business objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that align with the product vision and roadmap.
- Engage with business stakeholders and end users to ensure successful user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from inception through user acceptance and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in P&C insurance (underwriting preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- CPCU designation is preferred.
- Ability to work with cross functional global and local teams for various projects across varying time zones, as required.
- Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
The pay range for the role is $103,000 to $176,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
