Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for an AI Manager/ Lead who is detail-oriented, independent contributor with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

The AI Manager will lead the development, deployment, and management of artificial intelligence solutions to support client projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI and machine learning (ML) technologies, strategic vision for AI-driven solutions, and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on technical role that also requires the ability to effectively communicate and sell our AI services to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI and machine learning, coupled with excellent consulting and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement AI strategies aligned with Keyrus services and client needs
• Lead data scientists, AI engineers, and consultants collaborating with executives to establish AI roadmaps
• Serve as the primary AI subject matter expert for clients
• Present AI solutions, identify new AI opportunities and support business development with proposals and pre-sales activities
• Oversee AI project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-scope project completion
• Guide design and deployment of AI/ML models, integrate the latest tools, and ensure quality delivery and performance optimization
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, data privacy, and regulatory compliance

Requirements for the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• Proven track record in managing AI projects and leading technical teams
• + 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• + 3 years in leadership or management roles, preferably in a consulting environment
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with Data engineering and AI ethics
• Strong communication, client engagement and problem-solving skills
• Availability to travel
• Fluent in English. Fluency in other languages will be valued
