They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

  • Define and execute the vision and long-term strategy for AI Managed Services, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and client demands.  

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in AI portfolios, introducing services that deliver measurable client impact and market differentiation. 

  • Lead strategic planning sessions, defining milestones, success metrics, and pathways for scaling AI service offerings globally. 

  • Develop and lead AI roadmap discussions with clients, bridging business objectives with AI capabilities to create tangible value. 

  • AI Service Delivery Management (MH) 

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI services, from strategic design and development to deployment and optimization. 

  • Ensure AI service delivery exceeds client SLAs and benchmarks by implementing advanced quality control and monitoring processes. 

  • Lead service delivery reviews, focusing on identifying efficiency gains and opportunities for cost reduction. 

  •  AI Operations and Governance Frameworks 

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of AI governance models to address ethical considerations, security, and compliance. (MH) 

  • Ensure operational excellence in managing AI deployments at scale across multi-cloud environments, focusing on reliability, security, and scalability. 

  • Build frameworks to track AI system performance, costs, and risks, driving continuous improvement through actionable metrics. 

  • Enterprise Data and Analytics Strategy 

  • Design enterprise-wide data strategies, ensuring seamless data integration, preparation, and readiness for AI applications. (MH) 

  • Establish policies and tools for robust data governance, improving data accessibility and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

  • Drive initiatives to extract business insights from analytics platforms, linking data outcomes to corporate decision-making processes. 

  • Risk Management and Compliance Oversight 

  • Lead the development of risk management plans for AI operations, identifying vulnerabilities in areas like data security, bias, and model integrity. (MH) 

  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act) and internal ethical AI guidelines across all AI initiatives. 

  • Develop risk assessment frameworks to evaluate AI project feasibility and mitigate potential operational disruptions. 

  • Agile and DevOps Transformation for AI Services ( Soft Skills) 

  • Lead the integration of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices into AI project delivery, enhancing flexibility and responsiveness. 

  • Oversee adoption of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating AI deployment workflows. 

  • Champion organizational change to foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning. 

  • Team Leadership and Development ( Soft Skills) 

  • Build and manage cross-functional, high-performing teams, fostering an environment of innovation, accountability, and growth.
