Are you passionate about unlocking the power of data? Do you thrive on solving complex business challenges with cutting-edge AI and machine learning? DK, the world’s leading illustrated non-fiction publisher, is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Analyst to join our innovative Data & Analytics team.

About the Role:

At DK, we are on a mission to redefine creativity and efficiency through data-driven decision-making. As our AI & Machine Learning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. Your mission? To design, build, and deploy machine learning models and analytic AI solutions that streamline operations, enhance creativity, and provide valuable insights to support strategic goals.

You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) alongside machine learning techniques to unlock innovative functionalities, integrating cutting-edge AI into tools and processes that enhance forecasting, trend analysis, and decision-making. By experimenting with advanced algorithms and leveraging cloud platforms, you’ll ensure DK remains at the forefront of AI-driven transformation.

Additionally, you’ll empower teams across sales, marketing, operations, and production by delivering actionable insights, creating user-friendly tools, and fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven problem-solver with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You’ll need to be:

  • Technically skilled: Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Scikit-Learn, with experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS or GCP preferred). Familiarity with leveraging LLMs via APIs to build AI-enhanced solutions is a big plus.
  • Analytically minded: Capable of performing exploratory data analysis, identifying trends, and developing solutions that address complex business problems.
  • Innovative: Always staying ahead of AI advancements and applying them to improve efficiency and decision-making, especially through the integration of LLMs.
  • Collaborative: Confident working across teams to understand business needs and communicating technical insights in an accessible way.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a strong focus on delivering results aligned with DK’s goals.

DK is dedicated to creating a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position features a hybrid working arrangement, requiring you to be in the office three days a week.

If you have practical experience in AI, a track record of building and deploying machine learning models, and a desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible, we want to hear from you!

To apply, please submit your most recent CV and cover letter by  30th January 2025.
