Responsibilities 1. Model Development: o Design, develop, and train machine learning models. o Implement AI algorithms and frameworks. o Conduct exploratory data analysis to inform model development. 2. Model Deployment and Integration: o Deploy machine learning models into production environments. o Integrate models with existing systems and data pipelines. o Ensure seamless operation of deployed models. 3. Data Preparation and Feature Engineering: o Prepare and clean data for model training and evaluation. o Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance. o Implement data preprocessing and transformation pipelines. 4. Model Evaluation and Tuning: o Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics. o Tune hyperparameters and optimize model accuracy. o Conduct A/B testing and validation of models. 5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: o Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements. o Translate business problems into technical solutions. o Communicate findings and model performance to non-technical stakeholders. 6. Research and Innovation: o Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML. o Experiment with new algorithms and techniques. o Propose innovative solutions to business problems. 7. Documentation and Reporting: o Document model development processes and methodologies. o Create user guides and technical documentation. o Report on model performance and project progress. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or PhD) preferred. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a commercial or academic environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
