Job Description

We are looking for an AI/ LLM Engineer with a strong developer background and a passion for generative AI. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, innovative, and capable of developing AI-driven solutions to enhance our products. You will work on creating personalized and targeted content, as well as developing tools and applications that support various business needs.

This is a 100% remote position, following Singapore hours, therefore candidates must be based in a similar timezone.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven solutions for personalized and targeted content creation and recommendation.
• Utilize internal and external data sources to produce curated content and insights.
• Create tools and applications to support various business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into AI/GenAI solutions.
• Research and utilize best-of-class tools within LLM ecosystem (e.g. Vector databases, LlamaIndex, etc).
• Research and keep up with the latest use cases of LLMs (e.g. RAG, Agents, etc).
• Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with a small team of doers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with LLMs, including popular foundation models like Llama2, MPT
• Experience with LLM-related development, e.g. Llamaindex, Langchain, , Prompt Engineering etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated self-drive, initiative, and a proactive approach to work.

• Experience with curated and personalized content generation.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
