Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Integration Lead to join our team, with a special focus on supporting the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) features within our technology products and business workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to help move our artificial intelligence strategy forward by helping connect technical capabilities with business opportunities.

Key Tasks

Consult with stakeholders on artificial intelligence capabilities and business opportunities.

Support AI projects by helping align prioritization, influence design, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to implementation plans in a complex organizational environment.

Contribute to enterprise AI adoption through internal communications, and designing training curriculum.

Support governance of AI enterprise wide and participate in Responsible AI reviews.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and general data concepts

The ability to think critically about business processes and business value

Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate in a corporate environment

Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities independently

Previous experience in roles similar to product owner, data scientist, AI/ML analyst is a plus

Bachelor’s degree required

10+ years of business process and/or business analysis experience

3+ years of experience in project management

Previous experience working with machine learning, predictive analytics, or artificial intelligence solutions

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong understanding of property insurance business concepts and processes helpful
  • Expert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, business processes improvement, and data analysis
  • AI literate: able to understand and articulate artificial intelligence concepts, challenges, and capabilities
  • Data literate: able to understand and articulate data challenges and impacts on dependent analytics

Compensation, Grade, and Job Title will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and technical skillset.
