We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Development team at Marsh McLennan Innovation Centre (MMCIC) This role will be based in Dublin.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As AI Innovation Product Lead, you will join a global product leadership team, with responsibility to lead the adaptation of our core product set to incorporate AI and its potential into client-facing, consultant-facing and internal solutions.
This is a unique role where you will be at the forefront of our AI evolution benefiting our Marsh and Mercer clients and colleagues. Leading AI innovation for the business managing product development and innovation processes and pipelines.
You will help us identify, introduce and embrace advanced technologies, to further develop market-leading AI products, within our Career business specializing in talent management-related solutions but may stretch across many subject matter domains.
