Job Description

Overview: Are you ready to help shape the future of AI for forward-thinking organisations? We are looking for an experienced AI Innovation Lead to collaborate with clients on exciting AI initiatives. You’ll explore the ‘art of the possible’, translate business challenges into transformative AI solutions, and drive successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs) from concept to value realisation.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Inspire and educate clients about AI capabilities, showcasing potential use cases and strategic benefits.
• Needs Analysis: Investigate and clarify clients’ business challenges, gathering detailed requirements for AI-driven projects.
• Solution Identification: Working with our AI Labs teams, propose tailored AI solutions (e.g., virtual assistants for knowledge retrieval) in line with operational success criteria.
• Proposal Development: Develop high-level architectures, estimates, and proposals that align business needs with AI innovations.
• Project Ownership: Lead co-creation efforts from initial concept through PoC delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Expected Qualities & Experience

• Technical Acumen: Good knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Consultancy Skills: Proven ability to engage stakeholders, shape strategic visions, and communicate value propositions.
• Business Analysis: Adept at uncovering complex issues and translating them into concrete AI use cases.
• Project Delivery: Track record of managing end-to-end PoCs or similar projects, driving tangible outcomes.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong presentation skills and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Education & Background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications or demonstrable industry experience.
