To carry forward our mission we are looking for an AI Innovation and Integration Specialist  to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• Develop and test AI Proofs of Concept, assessing their impact and feasibility within the business context.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for automation, prediction, and AI integration.

• Translate prototypes into real AI-powered tools and products that improve efficiency and scalability.

• Explore and experiment with tools such as Manus, GBT, Replit, n8n, staying up to date with AI trends and proposing innovative applications.

• Contribute to building an AI-driven culture by inspiring and training colleagues through internal initiatives.

• Support content creation and share project highlights on social media and other public platforms to increase visibility.

• Monitor the performance of AI solutions, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

• Experience in designing and implementing AI Proofs of Concept in real-world settings.

• Natural curiosity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Solid knowledge of core AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and deep learning.

• Understanding of product and business development processes.
  Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Manus, GBT, Replit, n8n, etc.

• Experience working within cross-functional teams.

• A mindset that challenges the status quo and seeks out better solutions

• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (C1 level).

• Initiative and enthusiasm for supporting the public visibility of AI-related projects.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in large-scale project management.

• Previous experience abroad.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
