Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducting research in artificial intelligence and machine learning to stay at the forefront of the field.
2. Developing and implementing state-of-the-art AI algorithms and models.
3. Collecting and preparing data for AI training and validation.
4. Training, testing, and evaluating AI models for various applications.
5. Identifying and addressing real-world challenges that can be solved with AI.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
7. Deploying AI solutions in production environments and integrating them with existing systems.
8. Ensuring ethical AI practices, fairness, and transparency in all AI projects.
9. Documenting AI projects thoroughly, including code, methodologies, and results.
10. Staying up-to-date with AI advancements by attending conferences and continuous learning.
11. Ensuring the security and compliance of AI systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year proven experience in AI research and development, with a strong portfolio of AI projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI libraries and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply AI techniques to diverse domains.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of ethical AI principles and compliance with relevant regulations.
