Your internship

Join our cutting-edge AI internship program and gain hands-on experience tackling real-world challenges in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Depending on the project, you will develop and optimize agentic AI systems, fine-tune open-source LLMs, enhance existing models with techniques like quantization and distillation, build gen-ai applications that produce actionable insights, or explore advanced methods such as reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and direct preference optimization (DPO). This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, equipping you with the skills to make a real-world impact.

What You will do

  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with AI/ML researchers and software engineers to develop and optimize state-of-the-art AI applications.
  • Innovate with Latest Technologies: Conduct research and experiments leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, commercial and open source to find the best approach.
  • Contribute to Development: Actively participate in evaluation, integration, and deployment of your solution in the nexthink platform.
  • Communicate Your Insights: Present your findings and recommendations to the team and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, ML or a relevant field
  • You have a good understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and LLM technologies and hands-on experience with software engineering.
  • We expect most of the work to be done in Python. Knowledge of Java, Docker, and microservice technologies is a plus.
  • You should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate efficiently.
  • You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Professional level of written and spoken English skills are a must.
