This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an AI Engineer (GenAI Data Insight Focus) in Shanghai with Signify.
Responsibilities:
Utilize generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, Agents, etc.) to extract deep business insights from massive datasets and build intelligent data interpretation/analysis platforms
Combine traditional data analysis methods (SQL, statistical modeling) with GenAI to create end-to-end automated data insight pipelines, continuously improving analysis accuracy and interpretability
Explore AI-driven analytical paradigms for multimodal data (text, tables, time-series, etc.), pushing the boundaries of data insight technologies
Lead data infrastructure optimization including efficient storage solutions, intelligent retrieval systems, and preprocessing pipeline improvements to ensure optimal AI model performance
Drive technological innovation and intellectual property protection, leading the patenting process for technical solutions

Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields
5+ years experience in AI/Data Science with proven GenAI implementation cases
Technical Competencies:
Expert proficiency in Python, SQL and data analysis toolchains (Pandas/NumPy/Scikit-learn)
Deep understanding of data mining methodologies with large-scale project experience
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4/LLaMA/Qwen etc.) in production, specializing in RAG and Agent architectures
Familiarity with AI engineering frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex, capable of developing lightweight services (FastAPI/Flask)
Comprehensive knowledge of full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, system design, code review and CI/CD
Strong understanding of GenAI-driven data insight innovation with ability to quickly adopt cutting-edge technologies
English fluency with ability to handle technical documentation.
Excellent cross-team communication skills to translate complex technical solutions into business value propositions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in patent drafting or applications
Published technical papers or open-source contributions in relevant fields
Familiarity with AI service deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud)
