Job Description

As an AI Engineer for the development of LLM Agents, you are responsible for the successful implementation of GenAI products and services. Your specific duties include:

  • Designing and optimizing LLM agents to process and generate insights from large LGT datasets.
  • Developing, managing, and deploying AI solutions leveraging the Azure AI ecosystem.
  • Fine-tuning LLMs on LGT’s internal data.
  • Integrating GenAI capabilities into internal IT systems.
  • Creating and refining prompts for GenAI models to ensure accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
  • Conducting quality assurance measures.
  • Collaborating with GenAI data scientists and Azure Cloud Architects to productionalize and roll out applications to end users.
  • Contributing to testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of AI systems.
  • Providing end-user support and application maintenance.

Your team members are primarily located in Zurich, with regular workshops in Liechtenstein and potentially in Lugano. Your daily and senior stakeholders are from various locations in APAC and Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in machine learning with a focus on NLP and in developing AI models, especially leveraging LLMs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Background in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with previous experience in a consultative role being a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
