Description

As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, researching, and developing state-of-the-art deep learning solutions for challenging computer vision problems. Your work will span across tasks such as classification, detection, regression, generative modeling, segmentation, and other high-impact vision applications. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to build innovative AI systems, while also shaping the future of intelligent visual inspection technologies.

Your role includes hands-on model development, end-to-end AI solution design, and the transition of research-grade models into robust, optimized, production-ready systems.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, design, train, and evaluate deep learning models, both from scratch and by fine-tuning pre-trained models.
  • Develop solutions for diverse vision tasks, including classification, detection, regression, segmentation, and generative modeling.
  • Implement and maintain AI infrastructure to streamline experimentation, training, and deployment.
  • Optimize models for runtime performance, memory, and inference efficiency using tools such as TensorRT and ONNX.
  • Drive projects from ideation to production in collaboration with software, algorithms, and product teams.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized university.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in research and development of deep learning algorithms for computer vision.
  • Proven experience in training deep neural networks (DNNs) from scratch and working with large-scale models.
  • Proficiency with PyTorch, Python, TensorRT, ONNX, and version control using Git in both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Ability to design and implement innovative algorithms, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of driving experiments, interpreting results, and proposing improvements.

ADVANTAGE

  • An M.Sc. degree and publications in top-tier computer vision or AI venues are considered a strong plus.
  • Expertise in image data processing and various computer vision pipelines.
  • Familiarity with C++ and C#.
  • Experience working with generative models (e.g., diffusion models) and solving regression and other vision-based prediction tasks.
  • Familiarity with CUDA and GPU-level performance optimization.
