AI Engineer – BFSI Domain

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for personalized financial services, customer experience, and document processing (e.g., KYC, claims).
• Deploy NLP and computer vision models for chatbots, document extraction, sentiment analysis, etc.
• Work with architects and product teams to productionize AI solutions with scalability and security in mind.
• Integrate models with BFSI applications ensuring compliance, latency, and auditability.
• Monitor model performance post-deployment and retrain as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in AI/ML product development.
• Minimum 2 years experience building production-grade AI solutions in BFSI.
• Experience with AI Governance and model explainability (e.g., SHAP, LIME) preferred.
• or customer analytics is a plus.
