Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze ERP modules for AI optimization opportunities
- Develop AI models for document understanding, predictive analytics, chatbots, intelligent search, fraud detection, and recommendation engines
- Collaborate with software teams and DevOps to implement and scale AI features
- Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face
- Advocate for MLOps and foster innovation
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of AI/ML development experience
- Proficiency in Python (Java/C# knowledge advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and ML frameworks
- Background in CS, AI, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
