Youāll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youāre willing to learn. Hereās what the team will be looking for:
š Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production, with tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases š Hands-on with LLMs (e.g. GPT, LLaMA), including prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning for real-world use š Strong Python skills and familiarity with backend integration and data pipelines š Skilled in working with diverse data types and prepping large-scale datasets using tools like Spark or SQL š Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)Equally important is attitude.
