We are looking for an AI specialist to join our six-member ServiceNow team in Brno. In this role, you will help manage our AI projects, improve user experiences, and streamline our operations. Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement new AI technologies – track developments in artificial intelligence and find ways to effectively use it to automate internal processes, such as automated ticket processing.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, agents, and machine learning solutions to improve user experience and increase support efficiency.
• Create meaningful metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making, including AI-driven dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with other teams across the organization and share know-how to effectively integrate AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform and other systems.
• Actively monitor the latest trends in AI and serve as an ambassador for these technologies within the team and the broader community, for example, within ServiceNow.
   

Your Profile:

• Education: Successfully completed university or high school studies
• Experience: Professional experience with AI, machine learning, and optimization of AI chatbot agents, ideally in combination with creating dashboards and statistical analysis. Experience with ServiceNow will be a great advantage for this role.
• Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, XML, Python, and HTML. Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and integrations. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. RAG, MCP, agent-based AI frameworks (N8N or others). Prompt optimization and model fine-tuning for LLMs
• Language skills: Very good written and spoken English (B2+)
• Competences: Excellent communication and presentation skills, reliability, and teamwork
