Job Summary:

As an AI Engineer at Kaizen AMS, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and drive innovation. You'll work on a variety of projects, applying your expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and automation to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

AI Model Development & Implementation:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain AI algorithms and systems.

Data Management & Analysis:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse datasets for model training and analysis.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to extract valuable insights.

Automation & Integration:

• Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline processes.
• Integrate AI models with existing systems and platforms.
• Work with API's to connect diverse data sources.

Research & Development:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and techniques for potential application.
• Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document all work for future use.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working with API's.
• Experience with Databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific AI applications (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with IoT concepts and data.
• Familiarity with the asset management or real estate industries.
