Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team in designing, developing, and researching AI systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, data analytics, and a deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Natural Language Generation (NLG).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and research AI systems, models, and schemes through data science and data analytics prototypes.
  • Understand and implement Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Natural Language Generation (NLG) techniques.
  • Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy AI models, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive algorithms, and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with deep learning, NLP/NLG frameworks (like Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch etc.), HuggingFace Transformers and libraries (like scikit-learn, spacy, gensim, CoreNLP etc.)
  • Leverage cloud services such as AWS or Azure for building and deploying AI models, and demonstrate a general understanding of cloud architecture and related services.
  • Write robust code in Python ensuring scalability and maintainability of AI systems.
  • Collaborate with UI development teams, providing necessary insights and support for integrating AI functionalities into UI applications.
  • Participate in UI technology discussions and provide input on UI-related decisions, leveraging basic familiarity with React and Node.js.
  • Experience optimizing model hyperparameter tuning for speed and cost
  • Optimize system parameters and performance for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build AI Ops pipelines for efficient deployment and management of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively in an Agile Development environment, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI systems and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP/NLG frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
  • Basic familiarity with UI technologies like React and Node.js
  • Experience with AI Ops pipelines and containerization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
