We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engagement Management Leader to join our AI Business Transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving business transformation priorities through the strategic use of AI techniques. You will identify opportunities for value creation, develop transformation roadmaps, and act as a translator between business and technical teams. Your work will involve leading discovery workshops, building transformation roadmaps, assessing and evaluating domain transformation opportunities, defining success criteria, tracking and measuring outcomes, and implementing solutions. This role is essential for educating Koch businesses on the art of the possible within AI and analytics, ensuring alignment with business strategies, and delivering sustainable value at scale.

Our Team

As a member of the Koch Data and Analytics team (DnA) you will help maximize value creation for internal customers across Koch by sustainably scaling the delivery of AI and advanced analytics. This is accomplished through the enablement of business outcomes via transformation of mental models, stewarding the operational excellence of demand management, development of roadmaps/programs, partner product ownership, co-owning execution (for the enablement of outcomes), measuring success (through value tracking) and providing domain expertise.


What You Will Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven value creation.
  • Develop and communicating transformation roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and design AI/analytics visions.
  • Act as a translator between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Guide the execution of AI projects from MVP to stabilization, ensuring successful handover to product owners for scaling.
  • Create success measures and tracking value creation through structured frameworks and approaches.
  • Educate and influencing stakeholders on the potential of AI and advanced analytics.
  • Provide superior customer experience through effective stakeholder, program, and change management.
  • Offer points of view (POVs) to partners as they evaluate alternatives within the marketplace of ideas.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI features.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience working in AI, with strong understanding of AI techniques, advanced analytics, and their application in business transformation.
  • Experience aligning business strategies with product roadmaps and enable outcomes through analytics accelerators.
  • Experience successfully communicating, educating, influencing, and transforming mental models of business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project/program delivery: leading user centered design (UCD) process, defining user stories, managing backlog, measuring value of implemented products.
  • Familiarity with contemporary frameworks and approaches for structured value delivery and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Background in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or related field
  • Experience managing AI and analytics transformations within large, multi-disciplinary organizations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, operations, and commercial domains.
  • Proven ability to create and manage templates, collaterals, and presentations for value delivery processes.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, OpenAI) and their integration into business processes.
  • Experience with semantic kernel, orchestration concepts, and agentic workflows.
