Job Description

Our Enterprise Technology & System Integration team brings together skills in intelligent automation, data engineering, software integration and cloud platforms to help our clients align their technology capabilities with their strategic and operational objectives. We also draw on KPMG’s extensive national and global resources, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to help unlock the full potential of existing and new technology investments.

We’re looking for an AI Readiness & Enablement Manager to help our clients understand how to safely and effectively adopt agentic and generative AI across their business. You will lead advisory engagements that assess a client’s readiness across data, technology, risk, compliance, and organisational change and guide them in identifying and prioritising real-world use cases that deliver value.

This is a consulting-led role focused on enabling adoption of AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service. You won’t be building models or coding solutions. Instead, you’ll work with client executives, functional leaders, and IT stakeholders to shape the vision, uncover opportunities, and create tailored plans that accelerate AI adoption.

Your Opportunity

  • As an AI Readiness & Enablement Manager within our Data, Platforms and Engineering team, you will play a crucial role by:
    • Lead AI readiness assessments for enterprise clients, evaluating capability and maturity across:
    • Data quality, accessibility, and governance
    • Technology architecture and alignment with the Microsoft AI ecosystem
    • Security, compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations
    • Organisational readiness, change capability, and cultural fit
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify, define, and prioritise business-aligned AI use cases.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable AI opportunities, providing insight into how Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI can be applied.
  • Produce high-quality roadmaps, presentations, and enablement materials that outline readiness gaps, opportunity areas, and recommended next steps.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to shape proposals and handover readiness initiatives into implementation.

How are you extraordinary?

  • You have attention to detail and focus on high-quality output
  • You are experienced and comfortable with dealing with ambiguity
  • You have demonstratable experience in solving complex problems

Your Experience

At KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience will include:

  • You have a strong background in consulting or advisory roles, guiding enterprise clients through technology-driven change.
  • You possess a working knowledge of Microsoft’s AI capabilities, including Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, and understand what it takes for organisations to adopt these tools effectively.
  • You’re passionate about helping clients uncover practical, high-value AI use cases — and can navigate the balance between ambition and feasibility.
  • You’re a strong communicator and facilitator, capable of engaging with executives and end users alike to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum.
  • You’re confident producing strategic deliverables and roadmaps that cut through complexity and outline a clear path forward.
  • You bring a holistic view of AI readiness — recognising that success depends as much on people, policy, and culture as it does on data and technology.

Desirable Experience

  • Hands-on exposure to real-world Copilot for M365 or Azure OpenAI use cases and adoption models
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, or data governance frameworks as they relate to AI
  • Experience facilitating business case development or cost-benefit analysis for AI initiatives
