As the AI & Emerging Technology Strategist in the Office of Technology & Innovation, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for bridging the gap between our cutting-edge AI and Analytics capabilities and the business needs of our most important clients. You will be the trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping them understand the transformative potential of AI and Analytics, and you will be a prominent voice in the industry, shaping the conversation around these critical technologies.
You will work closely with our sales teams, product development, and engineering organizations to ensure our solutions are aligned with market needs and that we are delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your deep technical expertise, coupled with your exceptional communication and presentation skills, will be instrumental in winning new business and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, CDOs) at key client organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and strategic priorities.
- Lead executive-level presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions to articulate the value proposition of our AI and Analytics solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and business-oriented language for executive audiences.
- Thought Leadership & Industry Influence:
- Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the future of AI and Analytics, both internally and externally.
- Represent Oracle as a leading voice in the AI and Analytics space through speaking engagements, industry events, publications, and social media.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in AI and Analytics.
- Contribute to the development of white papers, blog posts, and other thought leadership content.
- Strategic Sales Support:
- Partner with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for engaging with key accounts.
- Provide deep technical expertise and credibility in high-stakes sales cycles.
- Help qualify opportunities and develop compelling solutions that address specific client needs.
- Contribute to the creation of impactful proposals and presentations.
- Product Strategy & Innovation:
- Provide market insights and client feedback to inform our AI and Analytics product roadmap and innovation efforts.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and potential areas for new product development.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Internal Enablement:
- Educate and mentor internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) on the latest AI and Analytics trends and our company's capabilities.
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the field of AI and Analytics, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven track record of successful engagement with C-level executives and building strong relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of various AI and Analytics methodologies, technologies, and platforms (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence).
- Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities related to AI and Analytics adoption.
- Experience in pre-sales or consulting roles, with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive sales outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Applications, Fusion Data Intelligence, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Established reputation as a thought leader in the AI and Analytics space (e.g., publications, speaking engagements).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and ethical considerations related to AI.
