The Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The Imaging Software team is seeking an innovative and analytical AI/ML intern to join our team to work on a cutting-edge project aimed at developing an AI-driven hardware health monitoring system. This project will involve analyzing hardware health data, identifying trends, and establishing intelligent thresholds for potential hardware malfunctions. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Engage in the full lifecycle of an AI-driven hardware health monitoring system development.
• Analyze and preprocess hardware health data to prepare it for model training.
• Develop and train machine learning models to predict hardware health and establish smart thresholds.
• Optimize algorithms and integrate the AI system into the existing hardware infrastructure.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of the AI system.
• Document the development process and present findings and results at the project's conclusion.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and present technical information effectively.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
