Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am to 3pm (12AM-6AM PHT) (21 hours a week) 


We are seeking a highly technical and AI-enthusiastic AI-Driven Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of skills that go beyond traditional social media management, encompassing customer relations management software, website updates and facilitation, and the use of AI software for creating and posting social media content. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in AI and its applications, exceptional proficiency with various software tools, and the ability to execute digital strategies effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Utilize and manage our customer relations management software to optimize customer interactions and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and make changes to our website, ensuring that content is current, user-friendly, and optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • AI-Driven Content Creation: Leverage AI tools to create innovative and engaging content for social media platforms. Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with our brand’s vision and audience interests.
  • Social Media Strategy: Use AI insights to enhance social media strategies, ensuring content is targeted, relevant, and engaging for our audience. Manage posting schedules and engage with our community.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Act as a technical point of contact for troubleshooting software issues related to CRM, website management, and AI tools. Continuously seek out new technologies and software enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with CRM software, website management tools, and AI content creation platforms. Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
  • AI Enthusiasm: A strong interest in AI and its potential to transform digital operations and content creation. Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies.
