We are hiring a remote, freelance Business Development Assistant with experience in APAC markets, excellent LinkedIn and AI tool proficiency, and a proven track record in SaaS or B2B lead generation. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments—using a mix of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and AI platforms (not just phone or email).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads across the APAC region, targeting aesthetic doctors and clinics.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and your professional presence to connect with high-potential prospects.
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for message creation, research, and outreach optimization.
Use prospecting platforms such as Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar.
Book appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and our in-house CRM system.
Track performance and continuously improve outreach strategy.
Collaborate remotely with the international sales and marketing teams.
Our ideal candidate would have:
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or lead generation (ideally in SaaS, MedTech, or B2B tech).
Previous experience working in or with APAC markets (please specify countries).
Fluent Business English (mandatory) + at least one local APAC language (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, etc.).
Strong LinkedIn skills and an active, strategic presence on the platform.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
Proficient with CRM tools – HubSpot is preferred; experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday.com is a plus.
Knowledge of prospecting platforms like Lusha, Apollo, Clay, or similar.
Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing tasks in a fully remote setting.
