Join our innovative team as an AI Digital Twin Solutions Program Manager, where you'll lead the transformation of our organization into a high-performing profit center within the realm of self-healing supply chains through digital twins and intelligent autonomous systems. Your mission will be to define, develop, and deliver a cutting-edge Digital Twin strategy and roadmap following Objective Key Results, initially enhancing our manufacturing, engineering, and driving R&D tech transfers, before scaling these innovations across other business areas such as quality and supply chain.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead from the sustainable intake of new Digital Twin experiments and platform capabilities to the product building and lifecycle, significantly impacting patient outcomes at scale. By collaborating closely with AI experts, data engineers, software developers, and business and Tech partners, you will oversee strategic digital twin projects and ensure the successful delivery of AI Twin Solutions and internal platform leveraging the latest AI and Generative AI technologies (e.g. AI Agents, Copilot, etc.). You'll be instrumental in making strategic build vs. buy decisions, aiming to establish a competitive edge for our business units while helping our internal people to thrive.

Your focus will also include driving productivity improvements, prioritizing use-cases and experiments, and fostering trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. You will accelerate adoption of our internal platform at scale into a more self-service thinking. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with AI Governance standards and the appropriate use of tooling (MLOps and LLMOps) to track AI model performance, working in conjunction with our AI Architect and the Infrastructure Architecture Review Board (ARB). As an integral member of the AI Digital Twin Team within the global supply chain (GSC) supporting Chemical Manufacturing & Control (CMC) tech transfers, you will contribute significantly to our strategic objectives and innovation agenda.

• Manage project financials and team resources.
• Track and prioritise value creation across business units.
• Contribute to the shaping and operationalisation of our Digital Twin strategy.
• Set best practices and standards for AI and Generative AI.

• Program Leadership: Direct the full lifecycle of Digital Twin programs with Objective Key Results, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, AI Governance standards.
• Program Management: Develop comprehensive plans, including timelines, budgets, value release, and resource allocation, Business & Tech Roadmap. Maintain transparency by effectively communicating updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Network Establishment: Develop a robust intake and adoption network with sites, Tech and Business stakeholders ensuring scalability of our impact.
• Experimental Oversight: Oversee the design and execution of AI experiments to validate hypotheses and accelerate innovation.
• Platform & MLOps Strategy: Plan and execute the building of Digital Twin platform and its MLOps components to accelerate impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and scope, integrating LLMOps and MLOps best practices and supporting technology selection.
• Team Building: Create frameworks to foster collaboration and build high-performing cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural and truly international context.
• Progress Monitoring: Track program progress, adapting strategies as needed for successful delivery, leveraging LLMOps and MLOps integration.
• AI Knowledge Leadership: Stay abreast of AI, LLMOps, MLOps to drive continuous innovation in Digital Twins and leveraging AI Agents into intelligent autonomous systems.

• A degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Strong comprehension of AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Proven track record in managing projects, ideally within AI or technology-driven domains such as Digital Twins.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:  

• PhD in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Strong understanding of Digital Twin technologies and their application in a pharmaceutical context.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
