Join our innovative team as an AI Digital Twin Solutions Program Manager, where you'll lead the transformation of our organization into a high-performing profit center within the realm of self-healing supply chains through digital twins and intelligent autonomous systems. Your mission will be to define, develop, and deliver a cutting-edge Digital Twin strategy and roadmap following Objective Key Results, initially enhancing our manufacturing, engineering, and driving R&D tech transfers, before scaling these innovations across other business areas such as quality and supply chain.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead from the sustainable intake of new Digital Twin experiments and platform capabilities to the product building and lifecycle, significantly impacting patient outcomes at scale. By collaborating closely with AI experts, data engineers, software developers, and business and Tech partners, you will oversee strategic digital twin projects and ensure the successful delivery of AI Twin Solutions and internal platform leveraging the latest AI and Generative AI technologies (e.g. AI Agents, Copilot, etc.). You'll be instrumental in making strategic build vs. buy decisions, aiming to establish a competitive edge for our business units while helping our internal people to thrive.
Your focus will also include driving productivity improvements, prioritizing use-cases and experiments, and fostering trust and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. You will accelerate adoption of our internal platform at scale into a more self-service thinking. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with AI Governance standards and the appropriate use of tooling (MLOps and LLMOps) to track AI model performance, working in conjunction with our AI Architect and the Infrastructure Architecture Review Board (ARB). As an integral member of the AI Digital Twin Team within the global supply chain (GSC) supporting Chemical Manufacturing & Control (CMC) tech transfers, you will contribute significantly to our strategic objectives and innovation agenda.
