Currently we're looking for an AI Digital Automation Delivery Manager who will execute the hyper automation strategy and oversee the development and implementation of an innovative digital automation capability combining Robotic process automation, process discovery and AI, streamlining operations, and enhancing value creation.

AI Digital Automation Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Hyper Automation Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of the hyper automation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Development & Implementation Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of digital automation capabilities, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), process discovery, and AI technologies.
  • Innovation in Automation: Foster innovation by integrating cutting-edge digital automation tools to streamline operations and enhance value creation.
  • Alignment with Smart Manufacturing: Ensure that automation initiatives are in sync with Smart Manufacturing and supply chain transformation objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain, to drive automation projects and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of automation initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Manage the change process associated with implementing new automation technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining automation strategies and processes.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA or/and MA university degree
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience building a technical delivery service, interfacing with the business to understand needs and utilizing 3rd party vendors
  • Familiarity with Agile Project Management frameworks (preferably SAFe)
  • Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems
  • Ability to manage tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and business colleagues
  • Excellent communication (written/oral) in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience acquired in GMP, high hazard process automation environment; advanced knowledge of both topics preferred
  • Experience with RPA, data analytics, data science, data engineering and/or other technology related
  • Business acumen, financial understanding, capability to manage a budget and vendor management experience
