Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at Deutsche Bank. The focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, driving funded use cases into production to create value and confidence and scale across the bank, creating selected shared services with embedded safety to enable low-cost scale, developing an AI Workbench for developers for safe AI development at pace, and introducing AI controls whilst aiming to maintain time to market.
You will be responsible for establishing and leading the AI demand function, ensuring seamless coordination between CIOs and the central AI team. It drives the triaging of AI use cases, aligning them with AI services, platforms, and governance standards. You will ensure transparency, compliance, and efficient AI adoption across the organisation while overseeing funding and strategic alignment with the AI Strategy team.

Your key responsibilities
- Acing as the primary interface between AI supply (central AI team) and demand (CIOs), ensuring structured engagement
- Triage AI use cases, ensuring alignment with AI services, standards, and control mechanisms
- Working closely with the AI BoW team to track use cases from ideation to production.
- Supporting adoption and scaling of AI services, driving reuse across different business functions
- Ensuring compliance with AI governance policies, tracking transparency, adoption, and regulatory needs
- Managing reporting on AI use case progress, including RAG status and compliance metrics
- Collaborating with finance teams to ensure AI initiatives receive appropriate funding
- Acting as a key contributor to the AI business innovation forum, ensuring effective execution
Your skills and experience
- Experience in AI, data, or digital transformation roles, ideally within financial services
- Strong coordination and program management skills, with experience in AI use case tracking
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and regulatory considerations
- Strong analytical skills, with experience handling AI funding and business case validation
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Hands-on experience with AI adoption frameworks, AI service models, and control mechanisms
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
