They’re a $100 million Series D funded company with $60 million in ARR. Roles and ResponsibilitiesImplementation and testing of GenAI solutions for Exotel’s customers Liaise with pre-sales teams and customers for understanding of requirements and timelinesLiaise with product team to understand the product to ensure efficient implementation as well as to suggest product improvementsLiaise with support teams for ensuring adherence to committed SLAs Must HavesGood in coding (Preferably Python) and DSAFamiliarity with React, HTML, CSS, JS or similar frameworksFamiliarity with HTTP, REST, microservices, concurrency and MultithreadingExperience working with Linux OS, TCP/IP networks, Database, Queues, cachingGood problem solving and communication skillsWillingness to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor / Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Ownership and commitment towards work Good-to-havesExperience with Gen-AI technologies (LLM prompt engineering)
