Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.

We are seeking an AI Data Scientist with strong software development skills and hands-on experience with generative AI (genAI) technology, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and/or Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). The hired person will contribute to the ongoing design and development of genAI applications and tools that will integrate the Company core technology and products. Main responsibilities will include performing R&D activity, integrating internal and external genAI tools into the Company’s product stack, generate production code.

What you will do:

  • Develop and Optimize genAI Solutions: Design, implement, and deploy genAI-based applications ( e.g. agentic workflows and tools, RAG pipelines).
  • Tools Integration: Assess and integrate existing tools from AWS Bedrock and other genAI platforms.
  • Experimentation: Conduct research and prototyping of new AI features and workflows, staying current with advancements in the generative AI space.
  • Performance Assessment and Improvement: Benchmark, assess and improve the performance of LLM-based systems, optimizing for speed, accuracy, memory, and cost.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Ensure reliability, accuracy, and safety of AI applications through rigorous testing and iterative improvements.
  • Deployment: Support the internal GenAI Software Development team in the integration and deployment in production of new solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Software Development teams to translate initiatives into a product.

  • Proven experience working with genAI technology, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and/or and agentic workflows.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with APIs and tools for LLM interaction (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face or similar).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services for AI (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with generative AI platforms and libraries (e.g., Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with multimodal models.
