We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AI Data Labeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality datasets for machine learning models by accurately labeling and annotating tabular and textual data. This position is essential for enhancing the performance of our AI systems and ensuring the reliability of our outputs.

Responsibilities

• Data Annotation: Label and annotate various types of tabular and textual data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify labeled data for quality and correctness, making necessary adjustments to meet project standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and project managers to understand labeling requirements and provide feedback on data quality issues.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of labeling processes and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
• Tool Utilization: Utilize data labeling tools and software efficiently to streamline the annotation process.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance labeling skills and stay updated on best practices in data annotation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Previous experience in data labeling, annotation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with various data sources (e.g., databases, APIs, CSV files).
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working on repetitive tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions to improve labeling processes.
• Familiarity with Data Tools: Familiarity with data labeling tools and software; basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
