At Motorola Solutions, we're guided by a shared purpose - helping people be their best in the moments that matter - and we live up to our purpose every day by solving for safer. Because people can only be their best when they not only feel safe, but are safe. We're solving for safer by building the best possible technologies across every part of our safety and security ecosystem. That's mission-critical communications devices and networks, AI-powered video security & access control and the ability to unite voice, video and data in a single command center view. We're solving for safer by connecting public safety agencies and enterprises, enabling the collaboration that's critical to connect those in need with those who can help. The work we do here matters.
Join our team to become a cornerstone of Artificial Intelligence development and lead our efforts in creating one of the most critical pieces of data science and machine learning workflow — the datasets for training and testing!
Collaborating with our engineering and product organizations, helping to define data specifications, developing and optimizing processes and utilizing our tools and automation are key tenets of this role.
This role will help determine data needs, approaches for data acquisition and annotation, drive data conversion, and help build tools to improve efficiency of the entire data lifecycle. A successful candidate will have high attention to detail and an appreciation for data integrity. Commitment to data accuracy is critical as is the desire to automate out identified inefficiencies.
We’re excited about the work we are doing in AI. We often describe it as “Mission Critical AI” because our approach is founded on our many years of Public Safety experience and knowledge. We know the mission-critical needs of our customers are unique and different from the consumer technologies that leverage AI today.
