Recruitment Process: Application > Assessment > Career Forum > Interviews > Selection
Applicants who have successfully passed the assessments will be invited to join us at the Career Forum to network with hiring managers and select a few preferred home divisions. Interviews will then be conducted in tandem with hiring managers from selected home divisions and final selection is up to hiring manager’s discretion.
Participants should be an all-rounder excelling in both academic as well as non-academic pursuits, and possess analytical skills, have critical thinking, learning adaptability.
