Are you ready to discover the role of a AI & Data Analytics Engineer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a AI & Data Analytics Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens.

As a AI & Data Analytics Engineer you will:

• Gathering and analysis of the business requirements.
• SWOT Analysis and return of investment definition.
• Technical analysis and specifications of AI and DA solutions.
• Exploratory data analysis to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction.
• Design, modelling, development, management and review of end-to-end DA and AI products, prototypes and proof of concept based on on-prem and cloud data platforms. Including: data preparation and collection, feature engineering, model selection and training, visualisation, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
• Set-up of MLOps including automatic testing and quality assurance.
• Definition and drafting of training and support procedures.
• Maintenance of DA and AI products, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, performance analysis, technical migrations, …
• Architecture, design, deployment, and management of Data Platforms building blocks would be an asset.
• Integration and reusability of COTS, SaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Conception and implementation of data protection measures, data security measures and disclosure control.
• Definition of test strategies, design, and testing.
• Definition of best practices and standards.
• Technology watch, technology evaluation and contribution to platform definition and strategy documents.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• A Master's degree and 8+ years of experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and explain complex technical elements in a simple way.
• Excellent analytical thinking, by using logic and reasoning to identify patterns and gaps while analysing and exploring data.
• In depth knowledge of Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Extensive experience of Data Science and AI techniques, especially in prediction, machine learning and Generative AI.
• In depth knowledge of programming languages for data analytics and artificial intelligence (eg: python, R, …) and frameworks (eg: .Net AI and SpringAI)
• Experience in machine learning algorithms (eg: ANN, random forest, …) and deep learning frameworks
• Experience developing with reusable AI models (eg: huggingface), Generative AI APIs (eg: openai),
• Extensive experience in industrialization of DA and AI solutions
• In depth knowledge of MLOps tools, testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of visualisation tools (eg: PowerBI)
• Knowledge of SQL (eg: Oracle, SQL Server,…)
• Knowledge of orchestration (eg: Airflow) and ETL tools (eg: DBT, SSIS, …)
• Knowledge of No-SQL database (eg: MongoDB, Neo4j, …)
• Knowledge of search engines (eg: ElasticSearch, SOLR, …)
• Experience in setting up a Centre of Competence to provide advice, support and training for Data Analytics and AI related activities.
• Validation of technological orientations.
• Validation of business cases and/or maturity assessment studies.
• Knowledge of data modelling for data lakes and data warehouses.
• Technical guidance including solution finding for highly complicated issues.
• Experience in real time reporting would be an asset.
• Experience in linked open data and semantic technologies, ontologies, metadata standards, reference databases, multilingual thesauri and taxonomies would be an asset.
• Experience in cloud environments and containerisation
