  • Selecting, tuning and validating statistical and machine learning models including classification, regression and generative AI techniques to deliver robust analytical outcomes

  • Cleaning, transforming and engineering features from structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python to support model development and insight generation

  • Partnering with senior AI consultants and key business stakeholders to shape data driven project objectives and define success metrics

  • Communicating complex technical results through clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decision making

  • Designing intuitive visualisations and interactive dashboards to effectively present findings and support user engagement

  • Contributing to high impact initiatives such as customer segmentation, churn prediction and process optimisation through advanced analytics

What you'll need to succeed...

  • A strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, with a focus on applying data driven approaches to machine learning and predictive modelling

  • Hands-on experience working with large and complex datasets in domains such as retail, energy or other data rich industries

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, feature engineering and model development

  • Practical knowledge of machine learning workflows, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation and optimisation

  • Familiarity with visualisation tools to effectively communicate model outputs and data driven insights

  • The ability to present complex DSML concepts to both technical and non technical audiences, supporting data informed decision making

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a structured approach to solving real world problems through data

  • A collaborative and research oriented mindset, embracing continuous learning, open communication and interdisciplinary teamwork

So, what's in it for you?

  • The opportunity to work on real-world AI and analytics projects that shape business decisions.

  • A supportive and experienced team, with mentorship from senior professionals.

  • The chance to present insights to stakeholders and leadership, building your confidence and influence.

  • A culture of continuous learning and development, where your growth is supported.

  • A collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven environment where your contributions are valued.
