Description
We’re looking for a talented and curious AI Consultant to join our small but mighty AI & Advanced Analytics team, where you’ll work on impactful projects that help uncover key business insights for our enterprise clients. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, with guidance from experienced professionals while having the autonomy to shape and analyse complex data sets.
In this role, you’ll focus on data analytics; interpreting trends, identifying influencing factors, and applying statistical models to uncover meaningful insights. You’ll need a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, along with hands on experience with SQL or Python for data transformation and analysis.

What you'll be doing...
- Conducting in depth exploratory data analysis on large datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Selecting, tuning and validating statistical and machine learning models including classification, regression and generative AI techniques to deliver robust analytical outcomes
- Cleaning, transforming and engineering features from structured and unstructured data using SQL and Python to support model development and insight generation
- Partnering with senior AI consultants and key business stakeholders to shape data driven project objectives and define success metrics
- Communicating complex technical results through clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decision making
- Designing intuitive visualisations and interactive dashboards to effectively present findings and support user engagement
- Contributing to high impact initiatives such as customer segmentation, churn prediction and process optimisation through advanced analytics
What you'll need to succeed...
- A strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, with a focus on applying data driven approaches to machine learning and predictive modelling
- Hands-on experience working with large and complex datasets in domains such as retail, energy or other data rich industries
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, feature engineering and model development
- Practical knowledge of machine learning workflows, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation and optimisation
- Familiarity with visualisation tools to effectively communicate model outputs and data driven insights
- The ability to present complex DSML concepts to both technical and non technical audiences, supporting data informed decision making
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a structured approach to solving real world problems through data
- A collaborative and research oriented mindset, embracing continuous learning, open communication and interdisciplinary teamwork
