We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to help us identify and implement AI-driven strategies to boost performance and achieve cost efficiencies. The consultant will work closely with our leadership team to assess our current processes, recommend state-of-the-art AI tools, and support their adoption within our business operations.

AI Strategy Development: Analyze Crisalix’s business units to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and cost reduction.
Tool Selection: Research and recommend best-in-class AI tools tailored to Crisalix’s needs.
Implementation Support: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI tools and workflows, ensuring a seamless transition.
Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure the impact of AI solutions and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge Transfer: Train and mentor team members to use AI tools effectively.
Continuous Optimization: Propose strategies for long-term scalability and optimization of AI-driven processes. Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an AI Consultant or similar role, with a strong track record in implementing AI solutions to enhance business performance.
Expertise in AI technologies, tools, and platforms, with knowledge of the latest industry trends.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and/or the aesthetic industry is a plus.
Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
