Job Description: AI Community Enablement Lead

Position Overview 

As the AI Community Enablement Lead, you will champion a self-service culture within the AI Community of Expertise (CoE) teams, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. Your role will involve mentoring teams to adopt self-organizing practices, advocating for effective tools and frameworks, and guiding them through challenges. Initially, your primary goal will be to empower the AI CoE teams to independently tackle challenges and embrace industry best practices. Moreover, you will run a company-wide AI community, promoting knowledge sharing among its members and observing their shared challenges. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coaching and Mentorship: Coaching AI CoE teams to work in a self-service organization. 
• Agile Tools: Agile tools selection and setup. 
• AI Community Leadership: Leading a company-wide AI community and understanding common challenges that people face. 
• Evolving Role: The scope of responsibilities will evolve alongside the growth of the team. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Agile Methodology Implementation: Experience in implementing agile methodologies. 
• Cultural Experience: Broad experience with agile cultures in various organizations. 
• Technical Understanding: Understanding of AI, data processing, and public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). 
• Community Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in organizing and leading community initiatives, such as meetups, workshops, or other collaborative events. 
• Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English and Polish. 

Location 

This position is based in Poland, with Poznań as the preferred location. While residing in Poznań is not mandatory, ease of access to the office will be considered an advantage. 

Compensation 

• Salary: PLN 21,000 – 27,000 gross per month. 
• Contract Type: Employment contract only (Umowa o pracę).
