Are you an experienced AI leader ready to drive large-scale transformation through innovation and strategy? Vodafone Czech Republic is looking for an AI CoE Lead to build and scale cutting-edge AI capabilities that deliver measurable impact across the organization.
The AI CoE at Vodafone focuses on:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for the AI CoE, ensuring alignment with Vodafone's business goals and objectives.
• Team Management: Establish, lead and mentor a team of AI specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, customer service, and compliance, to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption.
• Governance and Compliance: Define and implement AI governance frameworks covering model ethics, risk management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the AI CoE.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leader
