We are seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer and Integration Specialist to develop and deploy an AI-powered chatbot solution that will enhance the user experience for students, staff, and external users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and chatbot technologies, with experience in integrating these systems into existing university platforms such as Ellucian Banner and Workday.

WORKSITE: 777 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431 - Primarily remote, with the potential for occasional on-site visits for system integration and stakeholder meetings.

Contract Length - 3 years with option to renew

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered chatbot to assist with various queries from students, staff, and external users.
• Integrate the chatbot with university systems such as Ellucian Banner, Workday, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure the chatbot adheres to all necessary security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the chatbot meets performance and usability standards.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ongoing support and training.
• Maintain and update the chatbot as needed, incorporating new features and functionalities based on user feedback and technological advancements.
• May require occasional on-site visits for system integration and stakeholder meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI chatbots, particularly within an enterprise or educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with system integration and working with APIs, particularly with platforms like Ellucian Banner and Workday.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
